Priority Management is seeking an MDS Nurse to join our care team in Louisiana. You will ensure timely and accurate completion of the RAI and care management process from admission through discharge, following policy and federal/state guidelines.

You may coordinate information systems operations and clinical education under the VP of Clinical Reimbursement. The ideal candidate holds an active LA LPN/RN license, has MDS experience in a nursing facility, and is trained in

Competenze

• Current, unencumbered LA license to practice as an LPN or RN.
• One year MDS experience in a nursing care facility preferred.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations and guidelines.

Mansioni

• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management from admission to discharge per policy and guidelines.
• Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department under VP of Clinical Reimbursement.
