Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks an experienced MDS nurse to manage the MDS/RAI and care management processes from admission to discharge with strict adherence to company policy and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires a current Louisiana RN or LPN/LVN license and at least three years of MDS experience in a nursing facility, with knowledge of rehabilitative nursing and managed care regulations.

Qualifications

• Three years’ MDS experience in a nursing care facility.
• Must have training in rehabilitative/restorative nursing.
• Working knowledge of managed care rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Current, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of the MDS/RAI process and care management from admission to discharge.
• Follow company policy and procedures and Federal, State and Certification guidelines.
• Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department as directed by the VP of Clinical Reimbursement.
