AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family in Texas. This role focuses on completing the RAI process for each resident, transmitting and verifying receipt by the State, and building a high-performing team that aligns with our family-focused culture.

Formación

• Active Texas nursing license.
• CPR certification valid.
• At least 1 year supervising in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Federal Register and state LTC regulations.

• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team.

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture.The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
