Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family in Cotulla, TX. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure timely transmission and verification with State regulations. A licensed RN with supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with CPR certification.

• Complete the RAI process for each resident and verify transmission/receipt by the State.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team to ensure compliant care planning.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
