AVIR Health Group is seeking a licensed MDS Coordinator to join our family. The coordinator will complete the RAI process for each resident, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and transmitting verification of receipt to the State.

Walk-ins are welcome daily!

The ideal candidate holds a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and at least one year in a supervisory role in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, with knowledge of long-term care standards.

Qualificações

• Valid Texas nursing license (RN) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards per Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.

• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
