AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering compliant MDS/RAI processes. The role requires a Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital or skilled nursing setting.

You will ensure regulatory compliance and accurate transmission/verification with state authorities. We offer daily pay options, a 401k match, family health coverage, and a supportive corporate

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family!

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture.The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
