AVIR Health Group in Texas seeks a qualified MDS Coordinator to manage the RAI process for residents, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. You will coordinate transmission and verification of receipt by the State and assist in building a high-performing team culture.

This role requires a Texas licensed nurse, CPR certification, and at least one year in a supervisory capacity in healthcare.

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family!

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture.The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
