AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. We are looking for a licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about leading a high-performing team and culture.

The primary responsibility is to complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations, including transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Formación

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI submissions by the State.
• Build and lead a high-performing MDS team and culture.
