Job summary

Qualifications

• RN program graduate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CMAC or RAC-CT certification strongly preferred.
• At least two years' experience in MDS Coordinator role.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to facility MDS Coordinators and review MDS 3.0 assessments and discharges.
• Oversee regulatory and financial aspects of MDS, PPS, and case mix data.
• Offer on-site consultation for the RAI process and participate in Medicare/Medicaid meetings.
• Ensure correct reimbursement through contract coverage guidelines and care planning data.
