Qualifications

• RN with strong MDS coordination background and two+ years experience.
• Knowledge of MDS 3.0 and PPS processes.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare regulations for post-acute care.

Responsibilities

• Support facility MDS Coordinators and review MDS assessments.
• Oversee MDS 3.0 regulatory and financial aspects.
• Provide on-site consultation for RAI process.
• Review PPS and case mix data for accurate billing.
• Interpret PCC data and provide MDS training.
• Monitor metrics like MDS, CAA, and care plan timeliness.
