Job summary

Healthbridge Staffing seeks an experienced Corporate Traveler – MDS Coordinator (RN) to support skilled nursing centers across Washington. The role combines hands-on MDS coordination with reimbursement oversight in a hybrid, travel‑heavy schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an active WA RN license, strong MDS and PDPM expertise, and a passion for mentoring teams. You will work with the Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement to apply best practices and ensure compliance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong MDS knowledge and Medicare PDPM understanding.
• Experience mentoring or training MDS staff is preferred.
• Must be able to travel regionally and work in hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with MDS assessments and care planning across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, PDPM, and billing accuracy.
• Mentor, train, and advise new or transitioning MDS Coordinators.
• Collaborate with Regional Director of Clinical Reimbursement to implement best practices.
• Work in a hybrid capacity, with on-site and remote duties as needed.
• Support facilities during staffing changes, audits, or high census periods.
• Occasional overnight travel within the region.
