Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in MDS coordination or nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities required.
• Wisconsin RN license or equivalent is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ condition and assess needs to guide care and advice.
• Observe and interpret symptoms; communicate findings to physicians.
• Perform routine procedures (vital signs, injections) and document charts.
• Administer medications as ordered and provide treatments per physician orders.
• Inspect facility hygiene and safety; ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Expand knowledge by attending educational workshops, conferences, etc.
