Job summary

American Senior Communities LLC is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator for Rosegate Village. The RN will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, leading the RAI process, collaboration across care teams, and fostering a compassionate environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
