Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator for a part-time day shift. The role coordinates RAI and interdisciplinary care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.
• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with care teams to maintain timely and accurate MDS processes.
