Job summary

Willowdale Village, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator for part-time day shifts. You will oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and coordinate the care planning process with an interdisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate graduates from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) with at least one year in nursing management in long-term care and two years of relevant nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI).
