Job summary
MediLodge of Holland is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator Registered Nurse to ensure timely scheduling, completion, and transmission of MDS across resident care teams. This role requires RN licensure and strong knowledge of RAI processes.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure.
- Valid CPR certification and state RN license.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guide PPS and OBRA assessments and RAPS.
- Coordinate UR processes as Primary UR Coordinator.
- Oversee data gathering for assessments and care plans.
- Audit MARs, TARs, flow sheets, and physician orders.
- Assess prospective residents with the care team.
- Input MDS assessments and state transmissions; obtain validation.
- Manage the Care Planning process.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
