Willowbrook Manor is seeking a RN MDS Coordinator to oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), MDS, CAAs, and care planning to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The role supports PDPM and payer requirements while coordinating accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan.
• Strong knowledge of MDS/RAI and PDPM.
• Experience in skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations in line with policies and laws.
• Interview and train MDS Nurse as requested.
• Plan, assign and direct work for staff.
• Prepare work assignment sheets considering safety and qualifications.
• Receive calls and arrange staff replacements for absences.
• Prepare performance evaluations impacting tenure and raises.
• Receive and resolve employee complaints.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance; participate in PI plans.
• Ensure staff supervision by designated supervisors.
