Metro West Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced RN to assume the MDS/RAI coordinator role. You will develop, implement, and coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument process to keep the facility compliant with applicable standards and regulations.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license in the state and have working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, OBRA, and LTC payer systems, with MDS experience or prior nursing in a long-term care setting preferred.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, LTC payer systems, OBRA, RAI and MDS processes preferred; OR prior nursing in a long-term care facility.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and coordinate the RAI/MDS process to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure alignment with physician orders, company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
