Westbury Center of Jackson is seeking an experienced RN/LPN MDS Coordinator to oversee RAI/MDS processes for our residents, ensuring CMS and LTCI guidelines are followed. You will review assessments, support care planning, and coordinate with the nursing team to maintain high-quality resident care.
