Job summary

Atrium Centers Marshall Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a Full-Time MDS Coordinator (RN) to ensure accurate clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and appropriate reimbursement for resident-centered care on site in Michigan. The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year in long-term care, and strong communication skills.

Prior MDS Coordinator experience is preferred, with a focus on collaboration within an interdisciplinary team and adherence to CMS/state

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the completion of MDS documentation
• Supervise the utilization of CAAs and development of comprehensive care plans
• Schedule and manage RAI completion in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor and manage Case Mix results and related reporting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure accurate and timely assessments
• Support compliance with CMS, state regulations, and Atrium Centers standards
