Fairlane Senior Care & Rehab is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN to oversee the RAI process in Detroit, MI. You will ensure accurate MDS CAAs, timely documentation, and strong regulatory compliance while mentoring the care team.

The role requires an RN license in Michigan, 3+ years of MDS/long-term care experience, CPR, and proven leadership. Excellent organizational skills and dedication to quality patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• MDS experience required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to manage stress and maintain accuracy.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the RAI process with timely completion of MDS CAAs.
• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument accurately.
• Enter RAI data into the electronic record-keeping system.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal rules for RAI.
• Refer findings of incomplete documentation to Administrator and ensure timely follow-up.
