Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• MDS 3.0 Certification REQUIRED.
• 2+ years of experience with PDPM Patient Driven Payment Model.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct day-to-day Nursing Department functions in line with federal, state and local standards.
• Coordinate MDS assessments and care plans with resident services to maintain quality care.
• Participate in facility surveys and audits as requested by leadership.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure accurate documentation in residents' medical records.
• Maintain compliance with Nursing Service procedures and respond to reports and recommendations.
• Contribute to training and education activities for staff and participate in committees.
