Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• MDS 3.0 Certification REQUIRED.
• 2 years of experience or more with PDPM and ROP Requirements of Participation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the resident assessment (MDS) process.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in facility surveys and audits.
• Maintain nursing service documentation and charting.
• Ensure compliance with the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed.
