Villa Healthcare is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN for Villa at Green Lake Estates. You will manage the MDS cycle, ensure accurate assessments, and coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care and proper reimbursement.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience with MDS in long-term care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with emphasis on compliance and patient advocacy.

Qualificações

• RN license to practice in the state where the facility operates.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with MDS processes in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and complete resident MDS assessments in compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Facilitate care planning with interdisciplinary team involvement and resident/family participation.
• Enter ICD-10 codes accurately to ensure compliance and reimbursement.
• Monitor resident changes and initiate required assessments.
• Support Medicare/Medicaid billing accuracy and QAPI initiatives.
