Qualifications

• Current, valid Texas nursing license (RN or LVN).
• At least 2 years of long‑term care experience preferred.
• AANAC RAI Certification must be completed within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with State and Federal Medicare/Medicaid rules and interpretations.
• Review pre‑admission paperwork for medical necessity.
• Coordinate MDS assessments and ensure timely submission.
