Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Plano, TX seeks an experienced MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate and compliant MDS assessments, documentation accuracy, and care-plan coordination.

You will oversee RAI processes to support Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, guide interdisciplinary teams, and maintain regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Texas nursing license (RN or LVN).
• A minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Completion of HHSC RUG Online Training for Nursing Facilities.

• Review pre-admission paperwork to ensure medical necessity.
