Job summary

Nexion Health, Inc. is seeking an MDS Coordinator to manage comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) and ensure data accuracy and timeliness. You will support care planning and participate with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and graduation from an accredited nursing program, with working knowledge of MDS regulatory standards to ensure compliant, accurate reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• LPN/LVN or RN license is required.
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for MDS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete comprehensive MDS assessments in a timely manner.
• Serve as a resource for care planning and conduct orientation on the MDS process.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate reimbursement.
