Nexion Health, Inc. is seeking an MDS Coordinator to oversee comprehensive resident assessments and ensure timely MDS data accuracy. You will serve as a resource for care planning and lead orientation on the MDS process, working with an interdisciplinary team to support compliance and reimbursement accuracy.

The role requires nursing licensure (RN/LPN/LVN) and thorough knowledge of MDS regulations, with a focus on collaborative, compliant resident care planning in a nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS.
• Strong understanding of MDS processes and resident assessments.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and completes comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) and ensures accuracy and timeliness of assessment data.
• Serves as a resource for resident care planning activities and conducts orientation sessions on the MDS process.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and supports regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy.
