Job summary

North Auburn Care is seeking an MDS Coordinator to lead RAI processes for accurate resident assessments and optimized reimbursement. The role requires active RN or LPN licensure and prior MDS 3.0 experience, with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
• Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
• Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
• Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy
