Edgehill, the Boutique Five Star Sub Acute/Skilled Nursing Facility in Stamford, CT, is seeking a full-time MDS Assistant LPN or RN to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will assist with the Resident Assessment Instrument process, care planning, and billing for services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid MDS process.
• Ability to assist with care planning and documentation.
• Experience supervising in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of guidelines for Medicare/Medicaid providers.
• May conduct pre-admission assessments for residents.
• Supervises interdisciplinary team in completing MDS and RAI processes.
