Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living, located in Stamford, CT, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse dedicated to improving the lives of senior residents. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• One to two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status.
• Observe and report significant changes in resident condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers.
• Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants (CNAs) and LPNs.
• Promote resident independence while meeting care needs.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Support a culture of dignity, respect, and exceptional service.
