Job summary

Ontic is seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to own the MDM operating model and steward multiple domains, partnering with Data Owners, Data Stewards, IT and external partners.

You will also serve as business product owner for Semarchy xDM, handle backlog, requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure continuous improvement across data governance and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an enterprise MDM or data-governance capability with distributed stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MDM tools and frameworks and data quality concepts.
• Ability to document procedures and govern data ownership and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM operating model across multiple data domains.
• Build relationships with Data Owners and Data Stewards and coordinate reviews.
• Act as business product owner for Semarchy xDM and manage backlog.
• Perform light Semarchy xDM administration and configuration.
• Monitor operational health and resolve platform issues with IT and partners.
• Maintain comprehensive MDM documentation and training materials.
• Deliver MDM and data-governance training to stakeholders.
• Drive adoption through metrics and governance enhancements.
