Job summary

Ontic seeks a Master Data Management Specialist to own the day-to-day operating model for the MDM capability across multiple domains. You will serve as the business product owner for the Semarchy xDM platform, coordinating with Data Owners, Data Stewards, IT and external partners to improve data quality and governance.

You will perform platform administration, documentation, training, and issue resolution while embedding a culture of master data ownership across Ontic's global organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience operating an enterprise Master Data Management or data-governance capability with stakeholders.
• Experience using enterprise MDM tools and frameworks and ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills for governance, procedures and training materials.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, PII, CUI and ITAR is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM operating model for multiple master data domains (Customer, Product, Platform, Supplier).
• Act as business product owner for Semarchy xDM platform, manage backlog and define acceptance criteria.
• Perform light Semarchy xDM administration and configuration in collaboration with IT.
• Monitor health of MDM capability and troubleshoot platform issues with IT/partners.
• Develop and deliver MDM training and governance documentation.
