Job summary

Ontic seeks a Master Data Management Specialist to own the day-to-day MDM operating model, govern master data domains, and partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, IT, and technology partners. You will be the business product owner for Semarchy xDM, manage the enhancement backlog, and ensure data quality across Ontic's global organization.

Responsibilities include light Semarchy administration, documentation, training, and coordinating testing and deployment for platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an enterprise MDM or data-governance capability.
• Experience with MDM tools and explaining data ownership concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coach data stewards.
• Experience supporting API-based and system-to-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate Ontic's MDM operating model across multiple domains.
• Serve as business product owner for Semarchy xDM, gather requirements and manage backlog.
• Perform light Semarchy administration and configuration with IT support.
• Maintain MDM documentation, governance standards, and training materials.
• Develop and deliver MDM and data-governance training for Data Stewards.
• Drive continuous improvement and domain expansion with governance and change management.
