Job summary

WWE is seeking an MDM Analyst to join its Data Governance team. This hands-on role supports the implementation of the MDM strategy and works with data stewards, stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure master data is accurate and well governed.

You will oversee data quality, metadata, and catalog administration (Atlan), develop scorecards, and coordinate governance activities across business units while advancing the MDM program.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in data, analytics, or admin support with hands-on data work.
• Degree in information systems, data, business, analytics, or equivalent.
• Strong data concepts knowledge: quality, definitions, metadata, lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SQL with data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling and quality analysis across master data domains.
• Define master data requirements, business rules, and validation criteria.
• Identify authoritative data sources and document creation, maintenance, distribution.
• Track data quality issues through remediation and closure.
• Provide MDM reporting and scorecards to senior management.
• Support implementation of MDM strategy and governance processes.
• Maintain MDM program trackers and status logs.
• Prepare governance materials and track status for meetings.
• Collaborate with data stewards and business teams across BUs.
