Job summary

WWE is seeking a hands-on MDM Analyst to join the Data Governance team. You will support the implementation of the MDM strategy, work with data stewards and stakeholders, and help ensure data quality across master data domains such as customers, products, and venues.

You will own data catalog administration (Atlan), produce quality scorecards, and contribute to governance reporting for senior management. This role requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a data, analytical, or administrative support role.
• A degree in information systems, data, business, analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of core data concepts such as data quality, data structures, data definitions, metadata, and data lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to carry out analysis and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling and data quality analysis across key master data domains, identifying duplicates, completeness issues, inconsistencies and potential root causes.
• Define and document master data requirements, business rules, data quality rules, and validation criteria.
• Maintain governance information within the data catalog (Atlan) and own day-to-day administration, including user access.
• Provide recurring MDM reporting, including data quality scorecards and program metrics for senior management.
• Support program coordination, including trackers, status logs, and governance meeting materials.
