C4 Planning Solutions, LLC is seeking a MCTIMS Training Specialist (SME) to deliver instructor-led training and provide expert user support to Marine Corps personnel in Jacksonville, NC. The role requires extensive MCTIMS knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues while coordinating with Government customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a related role.
• Expert-level proficiency with MCTIMS and multiple modules.
• Deep understanding of Marine Corps training management processes, policies, orders, and regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver formal classroom instruction.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led MCTIMS training to Marine Corps personnel, including senior leadership.
• Conduct classroom training for groups up to 30 participants with active engagement.
• Provide expert instruction on MCTIMS modules, system functionality, workflows, and practical application.
• Explain how MCTIMS supports training management, readiness, and reporting requirements.
• Incorporate Marine Corps orders and training regulations into content.
• Tailor delivery to different audiences including system users and leaders.
• Develop and maintain instructional materials, presentations, and exercises.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MCTIMS user issues and document resolutions.
