F2 Systems, LLC. is seeking an experienced MCTIMS Training Specialist to support the United States Marine Corps in Jacksonville, NC.

The role combines instructor-led training with direct MCTIMS user support for Marine Corps personnel, including senior leadership, using expert knowledge of MCTIMS to troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert-level MCTIMS proficiency, broad knowledge of Marine Corps training management, and proven classroom instruction capability, delivering

Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency with MCTIMS, across multiple modules.
Strong understanding of Marine Corps training management processes and regulations.
Experience conducting formal classroom instruction or professional training.
Ability to train groups up to 30 participants including senior leadership.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve MCTIMS user issues.
Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing instructional materials and demonstrations.
Familiarity with Marine Corps organizational structure and training responsibilities.

Responsabilités

Develop, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led MCTIMS training for Marine Corps personnel.
Conduct classroom training for groups up to 30 participants, ensuring engagement.
Provide expert instruction on MCTIMS modules, workflows, and practical use.
Explain how MCTIMS supports training management, readiness, and reporting.
Incorporate Marine Corps orders and regulations into training content.
Tailor delivery for different audiences including leadership and training managers.
Develop instructional materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
Troubleshoot and resolve MCTIMS issues through system knowledge.
Document troubleshooting actions and escalate when needed.
Coordinate with Government reps to identify objectives and scheduling.
Identify knowledge gaps to improve training materials.
