Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks Marine Corps Medical Systems Trainers to support a large-scale training effort for medical software and hardware across Fleet Marine Force platforms.

You will provide SME training, develop curriculum, and collaborate with TMIP-MC/JOMIS modernization teams, with substantial travel and a Secret clearance path. Candidates should have six years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Six years of hands-on experience with task specific projects, including training, systems requirements, operational requirements, and test & evaluation.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience in public speaking and/or presentation skills.
• Curriculum and/or documentation development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, Subject Matter Expert medical/clinical training to operational and non-operational staffs aboard their platforms.
• Provide functional training in support of Marine Corps patient management related software.
• Work closely with technical team to implement, configure, and deploy maintenance versions of TMIP-MC Fos and JOMIS Modernization products.
• Assist in the development and execution of the projects’ training curriculum, lesson plans, and decommissioning strategy for conversion to the MJOMIS Modernization Implementation Plan.
• Consult with leadership and end users to assess and evaluate training needs; provide clear directions to end users for surveys and learning methods.
• Develop and present in-person and on-demand learning content and materials.
• Monitor and evaluate training program to measure progress and effectiveness and suggest alternative training strategies.
• Assist the technical team with updating or developing user training manuals.
• Assist with implementation and ongoing support of the help desk team.
• Provide administrative support to internal/external stakeholders as needed.
