Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking several trainers to support a large-scale Marine Corps medical software and hardware training initiative, focusing on TMIP-MC/Fos and JOMIS Modernization for Fleet Marine Force.

The role involves developing curricula, delivering in-person and on-demand training, and coordinating with the Naval Information Warfare Center and PEO-MLB to ensure effective fielding and deployment, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Public speaking and presentation skills required.
Curriculum and documentation development experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain security clearance at Secret level.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Knowledge of TMIP-MC/JOMIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide SME medical/clinical training to operational staff aboard platforms.
Deliver functional training for Marine Corps patient-management software.
Collaborate with technical teams to deploy TMIP-MC/FOS and JOMIS updates.
Develop and execute training curricula, lesson plans, and decommissioning strategy.
Present in-person and on-demand learning content to users.
Monitor training progress and adjust methods for effectiveness.
Assist with training manuals and help desk support.
