Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of hands-on experience across training, requirements, operations, or testing.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Curriculum or documentation development experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME medical training to staff aboard platforms.
• Develop and deliver training materials and curricula.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deploy TMIP-MC and JOMIS modernization products.
• Assess training needs and gather feedback via surveys and learning methods.
• Update user training manuals and support help desk activities.
• Coordinate admin support for internal/external stakeholders and travel.
