Job summary

F2 Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced MCTIMS Systems Integrator to support the United States Marine Corps in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of MCTIMS modules, workflows, and Marine Corps training management, applying orders and regulations across training operations.

This role requires strong leadership, ownership of ticket resolution, and the ability to deliver effective user training.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of MCTIMS modules, workflows, and user issues.
• Strong understanding of Marine Corps training management processes and orders.
• Experience leading teams in technical or operational support.
• Experience troubleshooting complex MCTIMS issues.
• Familiar with ticket management and performance standards.
• Ability to guide and train users on MCTIMS.
• Ability to interpret procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional leadership for MCTIMS support personnel.
• Serve as SME on MCTIMS modules and workflows for training management.
• Coordinate team activities and balance workload.
• Oversee MCTIMS ticket management and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot complex MCTIMS user issues.
• Monitor team performance against SOPs and standards.
• Provide guidance and best practices to team members.
• Identify workflow improvements in MCTIMS support.
• Develop and deliver MCTIMS training as required.
• Support training materials and user guidance.
• Monitor operational metrics and escalate issues.
• Mentor personnel in MCTIMS functionality and support.
