Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer the MCSAP and interpret rules for other state agencies.
• Coordinate compliance and law enforcement agency efforts.
• Manage and direct the MCSAP Program and Section through personnel management, monitoring and compliance.
• Prepare, coordinate and implement Montana’s Commercial Vehicle Safety Plan (CVSP).
