This position will support General Operations with administrative support functions. Work with managers in Fiscal Services, Information Services, People Operations, Civil Rights, and Audit Services. Responsible for the daily operations of a high‑volume mail center servicing a large, four‑floor building with approximately 800 employees. Ensures accurate, timely, and secure handling of all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail and packages. Responsible for hands‑on mail processing, recordkeeping, customer service, and coordination with various carriers. This position reports to the General Operations Manager and does not supervise others.
