Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Dispatch guest calls through radios or devices.
• Be familiar with resort outlets and services to provide accurate information.
• Obtain updated information on resort events and answer inquiries.
• Operate the resort telephone and SMS systems for courteous service.
• Log and clear guest calls in the HOT SOS system and follow up as needed.
• Assist with concierge duties including restaurant reservations and activities.
• Log and store guest packages and maintain a tidy PBX area.
