Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented MClub Attendant for our Boston Marriott Burlington location. You will greet guests, create a welcoming lounge atmosphere, and maintain presentation of food and beverages with a focus on service excellence.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork across departments, and adherence to high standards in a fast-paced hotel setting. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and people skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus but not required.
