Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive day-to-day territory activities in hospital MCH settings. You will deliver product education with TMs and Clinical Educators, support case coverage, and assist with pilots and launches to grow Laborie’s MCH portfolio.

You will build clinical confidence, engage in regular field activities, and align with compliance requirements while preparing for advancement into a Territory Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1+ years in medical device or healthcare sales.
• Experience in hospital-based or procedural sales environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of time.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day territory activities and account coverage in hospital-based MCH settings.
• Deliver product education with TMs and Clinical Educators, support pilots and launches.
• Contribute to utilization growth and account expansion across Laborie’s MCH portfolio.
• Meet or exceed quota and develop hospital selling, value messaging, and CRM discipline.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and prepare for Territory Manager progression.
