Job summary

Laborie is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support territory execution across Laborie’s MCH portfolio, including Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, and NICU settings. You will work with Territory Managers to deliver product education, drive clinical engagement, and assist with pilots, conversions, and launches.

The role emphasizes hands-on clinical exposure, hospital workflows, and eventual progression into a Territory Manager position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined territory activities including account coverage, follow-ups, product demonstrations, and in-servicing within hospital-based MCH settings.
• Deliver approved product education with TMs and Clinical Educators; support early case coverage, evaluations, pilots, conversions, and launches.
• Contribute to utilization growth and account expansion by increasing clinical confidence, responsiveness, and consistency in the field.
• Achieve or exceed quota or activity-based objectives while building competencies in hospital selling dynamics and value messaging.
