Job summary

Citi is seeking a MCA and Process Management Lead (Managing Director) in Tampa, FL, hybrid, to oversee Wealth’s Manager Controls Assessment and process controls. The role requires strategic leadership and deep Citi risk governance expertise.

You will drive design, implementation and execution of controls across Wealth, ensuring effective risk identification, control design, and timely remediation with senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in financial services
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls
• Experience leading teams in a complex environment and driving change

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction through Senior Managers, directing and overseeing teams
• Drive execution and quality adherence of MCA and Process Management according to Policy & Framework
• Design and manage control enhancements focused on efficiency through automation
• Identify missing or inadequate controls and drive timely corrective actions
• Manage Wealth’s execution of common controls to ensure residual risk is controlled
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency to stakeholders
