Job summary

The Citi Wealth division seeks a MCA and Process Management Leader in Tampa, FL to own end-to-end governance of operational and compliance controls across Wealth's processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions.
• 8+ years managerial experience preferred.
• Strong ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Experience leading teams in complex environments.
• Proficiency in presenting to senior stakeholders.
